The Neptune Harbor Canal Owners Association is a neighborhood of homes located on the Lamar Peninsula Rockport Texas at the confluence of Aransas Bay, Copano Bay, and St. Charles Bay and situated next to Goose Island State Park. All homes have access to water through our canals or bayfront locations, and residents enjoy boating, fishing, kayaking, birding, and the coastal lifestyle.

The annual meeting of the Association was held November 1, 2025 virtually. Draft minutes of the meeting may be found in the Meeting Minutes section under the "ABOUT" tab, as may the approved minutes of prior meetings. The 2026 annual meeting of the Association will be held on Saturday October 10, 2026 at the LVFD station, 302 Bois D'arc, Rockport. Members will be sent details on the meeting approximately a month before the meeting.  If you wish to add an item to the agenda, please contact the Secretary, Judy Griffin.
